Pitcho Womba Konga is a Congolese-Belgian rapper and actor. Born in the DRC, he emigrated to Belgium when he was seven. In 1994 he created the hip-hop group Onde de choc (?Shock Wave'). In 2003, he released his first solo album, Regarde comment (?Here's How'), which was well-received by the media, followed by the LP Faut pas confondre (?Don't Confuse') and the street album Livraison spéciale (?Special Delivery').

At the same time, he is a very successful actor. He first appeared on the stage in Koffi Kwahule's 2003 production Bintou, attracting the attention of renowned director Peter Brook. During the 2004 world tour of Amadou Hampâté Bâ's Tierno Bokar, Pitcho performed with established actors Sotigui Kouyaté, Bruce Meyer, Habib Dembelé and Rachid Djaidani. He performed again with Dembelé in 2007, when Peter Brook cast him in Sizwe Banzi est mort.
