A product of the National Film and Television Institute (Accra) with a BFA degree in Film Directing, Sedufia has directed several short films with varied awards, including one from the FESPACO Film Festival in Burkina Faso.
Currently, the CEO of OldFilm Productions, he is also the director of "Master and 3 Maids" comedy series and founder of "The Director's Call" workshop series. Sedufia is presently involved in a series of productions in Ghana and overseas.
Since its premiere in March 2017, "Keteke" has been largely successful and is shown on several airlines including Rwanda Airline, KLM, Ethiopian Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways among others. Goethe-Institut Ghana is supporting the screening. The feature drama is selected in Official ompeition at Fespaco
