The association aims to LEND:

On the social
- Create a social link between the inhabitants of the town of Limay
- Conduct activities in support to the social, educational and health of the southern countries, particularly the Republic of Congo;
- Make decentralized cooperation projects between the Congo, France;
- Make inter-African cooperation.

On the cultural
- Participate in the artistic and cultural life of the town of Limay;
- To promote, disseminate multidisciplinary knowledge and cultural treasures in the Congolese and African arts in French, European and other continents by various activities (training, debates, workshops, internships, residencies, and artwork, exhibitions, tours, travel)
- To organize cultural and artistic events, competitions aimed at promoting skills, and dissemination of a culture critical in order to develop partnerships between art (artists, designers, distributors, trainers, producers and turners, festivals) and in particular to Limay Yvelines;
- Ensure the management, the placement of artists and artistic products in all distribution channels domestically and internationally.
