RDC-Cultures
Quartiers Lointains is a Short Film Touring Program between South and North, conducted by the association Siniman Films and mentored by Alain Gomis.
After a first season of French independent short films screened in Algeria, Rwanda, Senegal and Reunion, the second season will showcase in France four shorts from South Africa, Tunisia, Mozambique and Burkina Faso.
The launching event will take place on Tuesday 14 October 2014 at 8pm at Cinema La Clef, Paris. Registration
