A sniper is terrorizing the city of Johannesburg. Every 48 hours he claims another apparently random victim - always an innocent black man. As the terror in the city grows the case is handed over to the elite team at Zero Tolerance.
Inspired by Agatha Christie's detective novel (The Man in the Brown Suit) published in 1924, already adapted in a CBS television movie by Alan Grint (The Man in the Brown Suit, 1989, 93 min, USA). Into the novel, the action takes place between England and South Africa.
