Different facets of Afrikaner urban life seen through the events accompanying the election of the new president of the Adriaan Delport Foundation. Once all the potential candidates have been vetted, the appointment should be a simple formality. However, their meeting degenerates into a bitter quarrel about which council member possesses the essential qualities of a true Afrikaner. The film is a critical exploration of the Afrikaner mindset and reveals the hypocrisy of those designated as "super" Afrikaners.
