Through the visit of the Karila library, the big and the small synagogue of Nabeul, Albert Chiche, the last Jew of the city, tells the story of the happy cohabitation of religions. It is thanks to Albert's restoration and archiving efforts that the Jewish memory of Nabeul will remain alive.

أميرة المفتي و سُلَيْمَة الخيتوني - تونس

ملخص

من خلال زيارة مكتبة "كاريلا" والمعبد الكبير والصغير اليهوديين بنابل، يروي لنا "آلبرت شيش" آخر يهودي في المدينة حنينه إلى الماضي وخيبته من الخراب الناجم عن هجر دور عبادة أسلافه لا سيما التخريب الحاصل بعد الثورة بالمعبد اليهودي الصغير. إلا أنه بفضل الجهود بعد الترميم والإصلاح والتوثيق ستبقى الذاكرة اليهودية حيّة في نابل.
