I am an anthropologist, currently a Master-Assistant at University of Lausanne (Grant Holder of the Swiss national fund Ambizione Programme). I have worked for almost ten years about music, politics and identity in Gabon, and I am currently developing a research about dance, migration and identity constructions in African dance classes, between Europe (France and Switzerland) and Africa. Also a documentary maker, I am the author of a series of papers in academic journals. I have also recently co-edited a special issue of the journal Politique Africaine about rap and politics in Africa (2016), a collective book dealing with the relationship between music and archive, and another book entitled The violence of daily life in Libreville (2016). My last book, published in September 2017 by the French publisher FMSH, is entitled "'Le rap, ça vient d'ici'. Musiques, pouvoir et identités dans le Gabon contemporain".
