Moonyeenn has practiced as an agent for the past 37 years, heading up the largest and most successful talent agency in South Africa - MLA.

She now practices as a manager for the artists represented by the company. MLA represents over two hundred persons, many of whom are multi-award winning artists. To name a few, Embeth Davids, John Kani, Winston Ntshona, Ian Roberts, Tobie Cronje, Vusi Kunene, Marius Weyers, Andrew Buckland, Lionel Newton, Owen Sejake, Robert Whitehead, Rapulana Seiphemo, Leleti Khumalo, Kenneth Nkosi, Michael Richard, Desmond Dube, Jamie Bartlett, Akin Omotoso, Terry Pheto, Presley Chweneyegae.

Her vast SA and international feature credits include SAFE HOUSE, MACHINE GUN PREACHER, DISGRACE, BLOOD DIAMOND, HOTEL RWANDA and the Oscar-winning TSOTSI.

Moonyeenn received the SAFTA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011.
